Dr. Chuck Cook, DC Owner
Dr. Chuck Cook received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1997 from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. Dr. Cook completed his B.S. in Psychology at Iowa State University in 1993. He has always had a passion for helping people maintain a healthy lifestyle. Chiropractic appealed to him because he was able to accomplish this without the use of medications and surgery. " I want people to know they don't need to live in pain. Chiropractic care can make a huge difference in improving a person's quality of life." Dr. Cook is a native of Iowa and moved to Jordan in 1999. He open Chiropractic Specialists that same year and has been faithfully serving the Jordan community ever since. He enjoys basketball, tennis, hiking, and being out in the community. Dr. Cook, and his supportive wife Sara, have three beautiful daughters, Lydia, Ellie and Tessa. When he is away from his office he enjoys family time playing games, traveling and being outdoors.
Dr. Kory Isley, DC
Dr. Kory Isley received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2000 from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. He has extensive post-graduate training in extremity adjusting, sports nutrition and care of sports related injuries, as well as auto collision injury treatment. Dr. Isley is a 1996 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a B. S. in Biology. He is a Wisconsin native, but for the last 10 years has called New Prague, MN his home. He enjoys getting involved in his community and has served as the President of Montgomery Area Community Club. Dr. Isley has also held positions on the Board of Directors for Mobilize Montgomery and the Prior Lake Optimist Club. Dr. Isley enjoys working with people of all ages and has an affinity for helping athletes and children. In addition, Dr. Isley enjoys helping others reach their full health potential through proper use of nutritional supplements. In his spare time he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Kim and children Brooklynn, Bennett, & Brody. He looks forward to helping you achieve your health care goals.

Ms. Topic is a licensed Massage Therapist at Chiropractic Specialists. She has over six years of experience at Chiropractic Specialists. In her free time Annie enjoys cooking, spending time with her kids and traveling.
